In-Capsule Touchscreen
Part of an upgrade to the London Eye’s capsules included the installation of interactive touchscreens that would provided visitors with interesting information about London’s skyline and architecture.
The user would have an option of either a day or night panoramic skyline to pinpoint over 60 London landmarks. Selecting a landmark would display an information panel including a brief history, statistics and an animated 3D schematic. Some landmarks would also include their own 360º image.
The whole production process was a tough challenge, having to combine and utilise the skills others to achieve exactly what I had initially visualised. The end result was very well received by the client.
