Air Fresheners

 

The Reckitt Benckiser brand Airwick required a new design concept for their air freshener range. The previous range was perceived as dated and sales were falling behind rival brands.

The new look design conveys freshness with the use of bright natural sunlight. The circular shapes created by lens flare are used to hold the photographic and typographic elements. The familiar use of photography was retained, but combined with a more contemporary use of fragrance cues.

Working as a freelance designer at Marks R5, I was responsible for the design concept and implementation over the initial range of fragrances. Some of the fragrances on this page were implemented by other team members at Marks.
